Textile Quality Control
In the factory 10% of each fabric lot is randomly selected to test the
elastic and shrink qualifications. The sample garment is soaked in water
for 1 hour. After drying, the sample is measured in size. If the size
has increased, all related fabric will be rejected. If the size has
decreased no more than 5 centimeters, the fabric will be accepted in
compliance with the national acceptance standard. Our textile suppliers
are very careful about the quality of the merchandise; all garment
stages are made in factory, from the yarn to the sewing to the printing.
That is the only way to make sure the merchandise will be of maximum
quality.
